I already have a bird and/or have prior experience with birds. Do I still need to take the classes?Absolutely! There have been advances in science and general bird care within the last several years. We like to make sure that all of our potential adopters/foster families have the same basic knowledge. Even experienced parrot owners are suprised to find that they learn a few new things in class!
