Ingredients: Garbanzo Beans, Mung Beans, Lentils, Popcorn Kernels
Directions: 1) Place approximately 4oz of mix in jar and rinse with cool
water until water runs clear. 2) Submerge completely in water and allow
to soak for 24 hours. 3) After soaking, rinse and drain mixture 2-3 times
daily for 2-3 days, or until the seeds begin to form small “tails”. 4) Next,
soak the sprouts in apple cider vinegar for 15-20 minutes to kill off any
bacterial growth and then rinse in water. Your sprouts are now ready to
serve! Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to five days
